Phil was very knowledgeable, particularly about the local area, he knew how to best display and market the house to achieve a successful sale, including adapting to providing an innovated online video inspection of the house when COVID hit and a few other ideas were put into practice to help the sale. Phil and Josh looked after the house well during the sale process, which we appreciated, and were very easy to communicate with and always approachable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and use his services again if the need arises.

When coming to Australia we chose to build, when the time came to sell I knew nothing about how the process worked and the legal implications. I bought the new house off Phil who surprised me as I was the buyer and I thought his interests would be mainly be for his seller but just the opposite. Phil was very professional and at the same time it was like dealing with an old friend. He gave us good advice with regards to presenting our property and even provided some lighting props for the garden photo shoot.
