Phil was very professional and at the same time it was like dealing with an old friend. He gave us good advice with regards to presenting our property and even provided some lighting props for the garden photo shoot. He kept us up to date at all times, giving us feedback immediately after home opens. He explained the current house market to us and when the house sold after the third home open we were delighted.
