Phil has been instrumental in the SALE of 2 properties and purchase of 2 Homes in the last 5 years. We have found he is not only efficient but extremely personable and goes above and beyond the normal agent. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil and his team for any and all of your realestate needs 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Couldn't ask for a better agent. Phil has made the process of purchasing this home wonderful. Great communication. Thankyou

From the time we agreed on the house we were in it two week from that date. Phil and Josh were very professional and knew there job and the area very well. We would recommend then very much. Thanks again boys.

We have had excellent service from Phil and Josh. We were kept informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We have already recommended them to out neighbours. Excellent Team

I can’t praise Phil enough... he went above and beyond! He has a really good feel for the potential buyer, is accurate regarding information of the property and has excellent negotiation-skills. We all know the agent is there to facilitate the seller to sell their property, but Phil seems to be dedicated to make a match in every direction, not just to sell the property, but to find a good match for the buyer as well. I want to add that I had previously visited another property with Phil as the agent. I liked the house, but needed time to do some research. Not once Phil harassed me.

My wife and I found Phil and his team to be excellent to deal with, Phil and his team are very knowledgeable in regards t the current market and always give that little bit extra, although we didn't achieve the result we wanted due to the current market my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending them Regards Ken & Janette

I can’t recommend Phil highly enough. He went above and beyond to make my house purchase stress free.

We’ve contacted Phil after our previous real estate agent failed to present us with even just one offer in 8 months. We were at the end of our wits, stressed, worried, hoping for a miracle and mortified at the prospect of said miracle not happening. Phil was very professional, full of ideas and optimistic that he can deliver. At no point however did he make us unrealistic promises. He offered us a realistic assessment of our situation and a clear outline of how he wants to proceed. 2 weeks after the first home open we’ve had an offer. Admittedly it wasn’t as high as we’d wished but considering that at that point the house has been on the market for more than 8 months and in this time it didn’t attract any offers whatsoever it was a fantastic outcome. We suspect that given more time Phil could have achieved a better price for us but we simply didn’t have that time and needed the house sold and that’s what Phil did. He also made the entire process as stress free and pleasant as possible under the circumstances, always there for us, providing us with regular updates and advice. We can’t fault him and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Our only regret is that we didn’t go with Phil from the start - it would have saved us many sleepless nights and a bucket of money.

We couldn’t be happier with the level of expertise, experience and dedication that Phil provided from our initial first meeting right through to the settlement of our property. We highly recommend you get this professional for the sale of your home! Outstanding service Phil & Josh, Thank you. Melinda & Mark
