Phil is definitely the best agent we dealt with! We bought a house 2 years ago and Phil was with us every step of the way, and the experience has been great again during this recent purchase. He has great knowledge of the area and is simply a professional. He is also a decent person which makes him exceptionally trustworthy. When we wanted to purchase the new property, I basically searched for Phil's properties and was sure that I can find the best option. I need to mention that Phil has a great team helping him and making sure everything goes as smooth as possible. Overall, I confindetly recommend Phil to anyone who is trying to buy or sell.

Having looked around for a property for around 8 months, and talking to various agents, I felt that Phil was the most helpful agent to me. Not pushy just looking for the sale, but very knowledgeable about the area, noting what I wanted. He was very open about the properties I looked at and didn't ask pushy questions. When it came to the time to make a deal, he was totally realistic, not rude (like a lot of others) about my offer and talked to the sellers quickly and reasonably. The deal was done within a day. Everyone was happy. I would 100% recommend Phil and his assistant Josh to anyone looking to buy in the areas around Butler.
