Rebecca's professionalism, honesty and 'no nonsense' approach are second to none. It's no wonder she consistently ranks among the top agents in the state. We thoroughly recommend her whether it's for selling or buying property - she will not disappoint.

Rebecca is the absolute professional, in every aspect! Highly recommend!

Thanks Tegan for an honest and comunitive transaction. Tegan kept me in the loop and managed the sale in professional and trustworthy manner. A very rare quality and one that Is undervalued in the realestate profession. I would be happy to deal with Tegan as a buyer or seller in the future.

Our property sold in just five days after the For Sale sign went up and thanks to Rebecca's negotiation skills obtained an offer close to the selling price. Rebecca and Tegan make a great team, always available, nothing's a problem, professional and courteous and kept in constant communication with us - thank you both for your hard work. We highly recommend Rebecca Dean. Philip and Christina

When you list your property with PRD, you not only have one specialist looking after your sale, you have a whole family of experienced agents looking for that buyer. Our property was sold prior to listing to a data base client. The key to our sale was the communication and teamwork amongst the PRD staff to get the right buyer and our asking price!

Both Rebecca and Tegan provided exceptional service. Their continuous efforts and diligence were greatly appreciated.

We cant speak highly enough of our experience with both Bec & Tegan. What a dynamic team! Both Bec and Tegan were responsive, professional, informative and very supportive in both the purchase of our new house and the selling of our beautiful family home. We had nothing but confidence in them at every turn and they had our backs to get us the best possible result the whole time. We couldn't of picked a better team of dedicated agents and we will highly recommend Bec and all the team at PRD Port Stephens. It has been a pleasure. Ben & Sara Gambrill

We were very pleased with Rebecca's friendly and professional manner, she has a no nonsense and low key approach to selling. She always made time for our phone enquires and replied promptly with the required answers, she has that characteristic of making the customer feel very important, I would gladly recommend her to others. Ditto for Teagan

After discussing our requirements and inspecting a couple of properties, Rebecca used her extensive local knowledge and found us the perfect property that wasn't even on the market. Rebecca then managed the whole process with a very personal touch. Dealing with Rebecca was a pleasure. Great attention to detail and the right level of communication and feedback.

Rebecca is highly motivated, knows exactly how to get the job done and achieve the desired results. Highly recommend her if you have a property to sell.

Rebecca and Teagan were great. They always provided excellent services and kept communication open. They eagerly organised any property that we wanted to see and provided information whenever required. They made us feel comfortable and valued as a customer. The appeared to be genuinely interested in finding us the best home to suit our needs. I would recommend them!

I have no hesitation in providing this testimony to the fact that Rebecca is a most competent real estate professional. It was obvious that she was well acquainted with the market in Shoal Bay and as a result advised us of current market levels. She was courteous, friendly, happy and always pleasant and kept us fully informed of the selling process. She was always accessible should we require any information or advice.I have no hesitation in recommending her to a prospective vendor.
