From the very beginning Rebecca and Tegan understood our preferred marketing approach and everything happened so quickly and efficiently. Communications were exceptional, the sale price was better than we expected. We are delighted with everything that was done for us and would highly recommend Rebecca and Tegan. Our sincere thanks and gratitude Fran & Noel Wathen

Tegan was a breath of fresh air to work with after experiencing a number of other agents whose credibility and integrity I question. Tegan was always polite, considerate and respectful, at all times she maintained the confidentiality of both the vendor and ourselves. She earnt the the respect of both my wife and myself and from our contact and observations she is an extremely hard working employee, which the company should highly value. Thank you Tegan for your help and courtesy, it was very much appreciated.

We found Rebecca and Tegan to be totally professional in every way, and in our case extremely patient with our ambivalence about selling our home of 27 years. They went out of their way and put in many hours, showing a genuine interest in making sure all parties were happy with the results. We would have no hesitation in recommending this charming team, and would certainly use them again. Alan and Anne Foster

Rebecca has many years of experience and knows the area in depth. A very good experience as a buyer.

We found Rebecca by chance 10 years ago...since that time Rebecca has handled a number of our property transactions in Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. Her uncanny knack of locating the right property and then successfully selling the property has been nothing short of awesome. Teagan, Rebecca's sales PA, is a professional young lady with a strong future. Thank you both for once again achieving a top result in the recent sale of our Shoal Bay property.

We found Rebecca very helpful - no pressure, friendly and always on time and fit in with our timetable.

Rebecca and Tegan were the most amazing team to work with in the recent sale of our home and purchase of our our new property. Rebecca's knowledge of the local market is second to none, communication was brilliant and all aspects of our dealings were handled effectively and efficiently. Working with such a committed and professional team made our experience a breeze. Thank you Rebecca and Tegan

Rebecca's relaxed/no pressure approach was like a breath of fresh air. Professional and realistic Real Estate Agent! All staff we dealt with at PRD Port Stephens were very helpful and friendly.

Both Rebecca and Tegan were able to facilitate a very smooth transaction. As the buyer, I can say that the negotiation was successful for both ourselves and the vendor due to the skills of the PRD team. Excellent service Thanks Rebecca and Tegan.

Rebecca was recommended by a neighbour and turned out to be professional and efficient. I wanted to get as much as I could for the house but had a pressing deadline. Some issues with the house were handled without fuss or having to spend a lot of money. Rebecca kept me informed on progress along the way, called me when a decision had to be made and provided advice when asked. Rebecca was more optimistic than I about the time taken to sell and in the end my deadline was met and we got a good price. Highly recommended.

I chose Rebecca Dean from 3 different agencies , she had also been recommended by a friend. I was very happy with her selling my house at Corlette . Of the three agencies I considered Rebecca was by far the most prepared on the initial meeting, for example Rebecca advised me a contract for sale was required before the property could be advertised for sale ,which I was not aware of being from interstate. Also the PRD information pack was of an excellent informative standard. I have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca Dean as excellent sales person.

On moving to Salamander Bay, we first met Rebecca when she sold our house to us. Although she was acting for the seller, we liked her professionalism. So, when we decided to sell, we chose Rebecca. This was the fifth house we have bought and sold so have learnt the qualities expected of a real estate agent, and found Rebecca outstanding, especially with knowledge of the area, keeping in touch and quick responses to our questions and concerns. Oh yes, Rebecca also got us an excellent price.
