Our property was on the market with another local agent for approx. 6 months. We felt the need for a change and engaged Greg hocking as the new agent. From the outset the difference was enormous. Bob guided us through the process with care and absolute professionalism. He suggested we make a few slight changes to the presentation that we took on board. As a result we moved some furniture and other minor bits and piece. What a difference it made, the house felt more free flowing and the photos taken for the marketing campaign looked incredible. More buyers came through the first open for inspection than what we had in entire campaign with the first agent. During the campaign Bob was in contact with us virtually daily and we felt completely confident is his ability to handle the sale of our property. We sold the property on the auction day, very happy with the price and feeling that every stone had been turned in order to achieve the result we did.
