I am not a fan of Real estate Agents yet I found Bob to be extremely understanding of our needs. (We are a charity sourcing properties to house the homeless.) Bob displayed great professionalism and his communication was honest and direct. He was not your typical game playing agent, rather he addressed our needs and respected them. Full marks Bob for being one of the 'good ones'.

He can advise you how to make your home more attractive to potential buyer.
