Even though I saw the unit for the first time on Thursday 7th December, and open for inspection was only for 30 minutes, Bob took the time to chat with me and answer any questions I had for him and we went over the time. Thanks. The day of the auction Bob was very clear and no wasting time. Some agents can go on and that can be off putting. Overall I was very happy how the day went and I would recommend Bob in future.
