I am pleased to write regarding my dealings with Bob Steventon in the recent sale of 32 Crimson Avenue Blackburn South. It is not often we can say they 'enjoyed' working with real estate sales people who are often pushy and overbearing. Bob is so different - he is warm and friendly and I always sensed that he had my best interests at heart. He went out of his way to make arrangements for some work to be done at the property in order to obtain the best outcome. Bob also knew the market and the sort of folk who were likely to be interested in the property. He was proved absolutely right about the people and the price. I chose to deal with NJ as they had originally sold the property to my husband and because we had continued to use their letting services, from whom we also obtained excellent service (Noel Jones Glen Iris). He was not in the least bit pushy, he kept us up to date at all times and gave us sound advice. His knowledge of the area and the amount of time he has worked in real estate was obvious and he came highly recommended.
