Bobby is very professional however he is honest, reliable and trustworthy. Bobby was up front from the start as we discussed our asking price we knew we set the benchmark high but after researching our area we knew what we could get, Bobby didn't promise us the world which we liked however I must say he went above and beyond and our asking price was delivered. What I like most of all is the honest truth, you don't see that much these days and they kept us updated all the way through and didn't lose momentum just because it took a little longer to sell. Bobby really listened to our goals, guided us to display our home in a manner we had never considered to really show parts of our home that we’d become used to and perhaps no longer appreciated but quickly fell back in love with once it was staged perfectly. We never really had questions to ask through the whole process of getting the house ready, listing or through the sale process because Bobby was a wealth of knowledge and left nothing unsaid. He kept us up to date the whole way through on each of the prospects looking at our home and gave us really clear steps moving forward so we knew what to expect too. This positioned themselves well to advocate for a price point for our home that was consistent with the market.
