We had expected with the COVID19 restrictions that we would be waiting until later in 2020 to sell but we had Bobby and Adam over anyway to get some ideas of what we were looking at, what to expect later and just to meet and greet. They are local within the estate and due to a bad experience buying the house with another agent, we agreed the local guys were the ones to call. We decided while the outside of the house was looking green, lush and manicured that we would get some pictures taken and test the market, not thinking for a moment that those outside pictures alone would lead to 2 viewings and a signed contract all under a week. The guys knew their customers, they asked us ALOT of questions about what we loved about the property so they could pass not only the bricks and mortar facts onto potential buyers, but show them what their lives could be like also in our house. Our sale time was unheard of for us and very surreal but their methods of selling the things we loved about our property to our future buyers was unique but I loved that they took the time to ask and find out. I would highly recommend them due to their local knowledge and love of the estate. I loved our house and was extremely sad to let it go to move interstate for work but I am extremely happy that someone else is now enjoying it as we did. The guys compliment each other fantastically in their business!
