I would like to share the great experience I had with selling my house through Prudential Real estate and the excellent assistance and advice I received from Bobby Reynolds. One of the more difficult aspects of trying to sell my house is that I currently live in Darwin so I personally was not available to do much in the preparation work prior to sale. From the word go Bobby provided more assistance than would be expected, I first asked Bobby to advise me what needed to be done to the property without over capitalising, the next task I asked him to do was to arrange for those works to be done (these are not tasks that a salesman would normally be involved in). Through this entire project Bobby has been cheerful and optimistic. To keep a long story short on the first day that the house was up for sale we had three offers and the house was under contract by the third day. Bobby Reynolds and Prudential Real Estate have been a real pleasure to work, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

I think its a hard decision choosing who should sell your house. You never really know who will be the right person, who will get the most money and who especially will be easy to get along with. However Bobby from prudential you should not go past. He made selling our house an enjoyable experience and not a stressful one. Everything was so easy. I felt he went above and beyond and was genuinely looking out for our interest. Our house spent 4 days on the market and sold for above our asking price.
