One of the more difficult aspects of trying to sell my house is that I currently live in Darwin so I personally was not available to do much in the preparation work prior to sale. From the word go Bobby provided more assistance than would be expected, I first asked Bobby to advise me what needed to be done to the property without over capitalising, the next task I asked him to do was to arrange for those works to be done (these are not tasks that a salesman would normally be involved in). Through this entire project Bobby has been cheerful and optimistic.
