I think its a hard decision choosing who should sell your house. You never really know who will be the right person, who will get the most money and who especially will be easy to get along with. However Bobby from prudential you should not go past. He made selling our house an enjoyable experience and not a stressful one. Everything was so easy. Great marketing material and video. Bobby was great but Prudential's policy of requiring buyer to come into office for a negotiating interview is detrimental to the sellers interest.
