Great sales agent with excellent communication skill
My house was with LJ Hooker Gunghalin and it was not sold while it was with them for few months and I was asked to lower the sales price due to market change after tax reform. But Bona made the sale successfully within 1 week with great outcome. She made more openhomes even on weekend. She had a good suvgestion how to change furniture style too. I am extemely impressed with Bona's hard work and great communication for both seller and buyer. Highly recommending her to anyone!! Without her, I could had lost a lot financially after such a disappointing experience with other agency that did not care for me. Bona really looks after yiur property matter.
