I didn't know Boyd till after the sale of my property so rating Boyd for Market knowledge and negotiation is hard. I still Rated him 5 as he excelled in other areas. Boyd came to know me as he was filling in for Marcus Washington whilst he was on holidays, (over christmas and through to new year) and the house was already sold subject to finance. I didn't know Marcus was going on holidays so when i got contacted by Boyd it was a little confusing as first conversation was regarding extension on on sale. I then informed him that the buyer had over a month and i was buying as well with condition of selling my house. Boyd then was put under pressure as it was a busy time of year however he pulled through 100% getting the house sold by due date. He got in contact with me and kept me informed all of the time after our initial conversation. I find Boyd very Real and honest in his communication skills maybe through his background in the trade industry which also makes him a cut above the rest. I found Boyd, Marcus and the rest of the Harcourts team very very professional.
