As my wife and I had just sold our home through another company, with whom we were very happy; we were literally flying by the seat of our pants when we entered into negotiations with Boyd Jones from Harcourts of Pakenham. As it happened we need not have had any worries, as both Boyd and Marcus Washington were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. We had heard some negative stories about different companies, but to date Harcourt's have been thoroughly professional in every respect.
