Reece and his team were very professional and also personable always available to answer any question or concern we had honestly along the way! Reece was always friendly, had excellent local knowledge and made us feel reassured with PRD as our agent and also exceeded our expectations with the final sale. Highly recommend!!

Reece and team exceeded our expectations on the sale of our home. They were honest and provided great feedback and information and overall easy to deal with. Highly recommended

Reece was a true professional giving detailed information on what my house would sell on the current market. He explained all information in terms that I understood. From day one I was updated daily on what was happening any questions I had were answered in detail. Nothing was ever any trouble with Alex and Taylah. House sold within 10 days on the market. I would definitely recommend Reece and his team to family and friends and anyone else thinking about selling.

Reece offered excellent advice regarding the sale of my mothers property, he has extensive knowledge of the local market, and how best to market and prepare the property for sale. He showed complete professionalism and always got back to us when he said he would. Sold at a price we were very happy with after one viewing.

Thank you Reece for undertaking the selling of our house. You had a good knowledge of the market in our area and we were satisfied with the property appraisal you gave us. Communication with you and your team was excellent, we were always kept up to date. We are very happy with the end result.

We found Reece very honest and sincere, He showed genuine feelings for what we needed and expected in the sale of our property. Thank you for selling our home so quickly

Reece was professional and easy to work with from the very beginning. Everything was clearly explained and communicated and I felt informed the entire process. Reece wanted the very best outcome for my sale and did everything possible to ensure this happened! All of Reece's team were a pleasure to deal with and I would not even consider anyone else to help me sell a house again.

Reece was recommended by word of mouth and it was a pleasure to deal with him and his team.

We have had a very positive experience with Reece. He is very professional and worked hard on our behalf to sell our property at a higher price than we had anticipated. Thank you Reece and your very professional staff. Robyn and Brian Holt.

Reece and his team made selling my home so easy and stress free. They kept me informed through the entire process and sold my home quickly and for a great price! I’d definitely sell with Reece againn

From the commencement, Reece has provided an extremely timely response through the house sale journey. Having spoke to 3 x real estates, only Reece provided an immediate response and was consistent during the sale. The 2 x other real estates required me to follow them up to engage a level of interest in selling the house. This is the first house sold by PRD, however the I engaged PRD Port Stephens to purchase a house myself and cannot fault the communication.

Reece was spot on with his appraisal. His knowledge of the area is extensive. PRD’s marketing had my house on the market and sold within days of our initial contact. I was kept informed throughout the process and always felt supported. It was easy to see how hard he worked for the best outcome for me, his client. Highly recommend Reece and his team.
