It was very close but what got Reece over the line was his extensive local market knowledge and his concrete belief in what he felt he could achieve for us. It was not all smooth sailing, there were a number of challenges that Reece had to navigate to get the best result and to his credit, he encouraged us to stick to our guns and wait for the right offer.
