Reece has helped us achieve a professional & efficient sale. We used Reece again based on his years of experience and knowledge of the current market in the Maitland area. Reece has excelled again achieving a realistic sale price in the expected time frame and we would be more than happy to recommend him to anybody wishing to sell their home.

On our first meeting with Reece he gave us a comprehensive analysis of where our house fitted into the area and what to expect . He also gave us his plan to achieve the sale . Reece has a good team behind him ,and they were very professional and communicated well all the way through the sale. Our home sold 2 DAYS after our first open house, exceeding our expectations . thank you Reece and PRD Maitland .

From first meeting till sold, Reece was a pleasure to deal with. He had excellent knowledge of the market, he was professional and always helpful. At no stage of the process did he ever pressure us or rush us on a decision. Reece was always 100% honest and upfront about everything. He worked hard to get us what we wanted for our house and we felt that he always had our best interest at heart. We have no hesitation in recommending selling with Reece and next time we are in the position to need an agent, Reece would be at the top of the list.

Reece was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Reece was in constant communication with us and he was always happy to have a chat and give advice. I would highly recommend Reece to anyone who is selling their house.

Always kept me updated. Got several buyers through my house, with several offers. His team were very cooperative.

Our sale took much longer than we would have liked, but that was because the market was very difficult. In no way was the delay due to any fault on Reese's part. We consulted several agents before choosing to go with PRD. Reece always impressed with his professional and realistic approach. He outlined a comprehensive sales program which he fully implemented. He was totally committed to the best possible outcome for us. The sale price was less than he initially suggested would be achieved which disappointed both us and him. However, as noted, the outcome was dictated by the market. We know many places are not selling. A particular frustration was a potential buyer who was found, much to everyone's anguish, to be playing games with us. Reece's professionalism was particularly evident in his communication skills. He contacted us at least twice a week with reports of developments. He always concluded his call with the words "Talk to you soon" and he always did. We recommend him wholeheartedly.

We have dealt with Reece twice, and found him easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and honest. Would definitely use him again.

Reece was in constant contact...very responsive, he worked hard, always had the house open for inspection, you couldn't wish for more. A terrible time to sell a house no thanks to a NSW state election then a Federal Election but he did it. Thanks Reece

This was the first time we have sold a house and Reece made the whole experience less daunting. From start to finish he kept us informed at every stage of the negotiation. He communicated and helped us understand the market and what was the realistic value of our home. He negotiated strongly on our behalf and got the results we were after. We believe the sales and marketing presentation he did went a long way to achieving the sale considering that the house was on the market for only two days before we received offers. We highly recommend Reece and his team.

Reece did a fantastic job engaging with us in the sale of our house. He gave us all of the information that we needed, was passionate about the sale and realistic in managing our expectations. It was one month to the day of our house going on the market to the cooling off period finishing and the sale was one of the top sales in the area. Reece is a friendly, down to earth, top bloke. Highly recommend him if you are looking to sell or buy!

Reece is a consummate professional when it comes to real estate. His honesty, experience, market knowledge and innovative ideas allowed us to sell our house with ease. Nothing was a problem for Reece and his enthusiastic team who worked tirelessly to achieve the outcomes we desired.

Reece was very professional in all his dealings and his support staff were excellent. Knows his market. He was very honest in the assessment of our property and did not over promise. We received 3 offers from first open house and sold at a price we were happy with in the first week. We would strongly recommend Reece to anyone considering selling.
