I would highly recommend Reece to any future seller. He is friendly and very professional. Communication is the key to success and Reece knows how to do this with both parties, ultimately gaining an excellent outcome for both seller and buyer. I don't normally rate more than four stars but Reece deserves the 5 star rating.

We meet with Reece and Matt to discuss selling our house in about 4 months, they advised that the market was strong presently and the sooner the better for our sale. We put the house on the market a few weeks later. They hit the market hard promoting our house and we only had 1 formal open house on a Saturday and that was a big success, the neighbours are were still talking about it when we moved out. We had a second informal viewing on the Thursday afternoon for a few people and the house was sold by the weekend. I would recommend Reece and Matt to other potential sellers. They told us the expected market rate for our house and we sold for that amount which exceeded our expectations. Great job !
