We have had the pleasure of dealing with Reece on two occasions. We purchased a property through Reece and, without question, we asked Reece to sell the property for us. We were confident that he would get us the results we were wanting, due to his extensive knowledge of the market. We were amazed at how quickly he was able to negotiate a sale on our behalf. For that, we are extremely grateful. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Reece on both occasions.

Had Buyers ready to view for Open House.

We Found Reece easy to deal with and very Honest.

Reece is a proactive agent with an excellent knowledge of the Ashtonfield area. My property was sold in less than a week for the asking price.

Initially when starting to look for a property in Ashtonfield I knew I needed to make contact with Reece Thompson, it was very evident that he was the go to Real Estate agent. My partner and I have just bought and sold though Reece and would highly recommend him as the first point of call for anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Reece was very professional in all aspects of the sale of this property 🏡🙂

Reece provided a hassle free experience. Very efficient and informative. Went above and beyond to get my property sold. Highly recommend to anyone looking to sell!

Reece was always very helpful and prompt with all my inquiries. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reece to one of my friends.

Reece was a pleasure to deal with. He wasn't pushy and had great market knowledge. Best of all he got us a great result in an amazingly short time. I would recommend Reece and the PRD team to anyone looking to sell.

We found Reece very professional and very knowledgeable of the area we were selling our house in, Reece kept us up to date with all correspondence and any open houses we had. I would certainly recommend Reece Thompson to others if they needed a real estate agent.

Reece was recommended to me by friends who have extremely high standards and if they were impressed by Reece I wanted to give him the opportunity to pitch to us. From the first meeting with Reece right through the process of selling our home, Reece was professional, open, realistic and great to deal with. He delivered what he said he would, didn't over-sell or make promises he couldn't fulfil, and was approachable with any of our questions or issues that arose. To sell our home from his database of people looking to buy in our area without going to market was a fantastic result for us. Our experience with Reece has been positive both during our dealings and with our outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Reece to anyone wanting excellent local knowledge and market understanding, an honest appraisal and advice and a nice guy to deal with.

Great experience from start to finish, had initial meeting with Reece on Friday afternoon where I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and the market, home was advertised and on the market Wednesday and excepted an offer on Thursday for $40,000 over what I had been quoted by other agents, under 24hrs from when it was listed. Can't wait to deal with Reece again in the future. Steve
