We thought that Rob was open, honest, informative and highly committed to selling our home. Rob sold our house in about 3 days and kept us involved and informed throughout the process. Overall a smooth experience and we would have no hesitation in recommending Robert to others.
I honestly cannot recommend Rob enough! He made the process of selling my first home a breeze, kept me fully informed along the way and was highly approachable with any queries I may have had I had complete trust in Rob given his knowledgeability and willingness to ensure my requirements were met I will certainly deal with Rob again in the future should the opportunity arise - thanks again!
Robert from the outset has been a pleasure to deal with in my endeavour to find a home that suited my requirements. From his initial contact with me to organise viewings of the property to submitting my offer and subsequently receiving acceptance of the sale to the further deposit and informing our solicitors - he has made the entire process seamless. He has always been prompt in getting back to us in all our queries and communications. A pleasure to deal with.
Rob is a great salesman to work with and is proactive in his suggestions for an appropriate sales strategy.
Rob has always provided me with up-to-date information so that I understood the entire process.
Robert knee what I expected from him and he delivered.
This was my first time selling, Robert was very approachable, helpful & professional. Robert made the sale stress free with constant updates which always made me feel confident of a sale. If and when the time comes to sell ( or buy ) I will be in contact with Robert again.
Well done by Rob in helping us to successfully purchase this property at a price that was within in our optimal purchase price range. Both my husband and myself had many conversations with Rob, and we were very happy with his attitude, abilities and responses. We would certainly recommend Rob to other potential buyers/sellers in the real estate market. His knowledge of the processes involved is a credit to him and his experience.
Rob's professionalism is second to none. He is patient, attentive and has exceptional customer service levels.
Our house was sold before it was even advertised. Couldn't be happier with the service Rob provided.
Rob knew what I was looking for & has very extensive knowledge of the local market. He’s very responsive with queries to any questions I have. Doesn’t matter what I ask it’s never a problem for Rob, he goes above & beyond to satisfy customers. His reputation for honesty and determination to make this an enjoyable & stress free experience should be commended, he does it well. It shows he enjoys what he does. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.
