I work through business with many many agents. Robert and all his team are without doubt exceptional. Local knowledge, up to date information and care and efficiency of their service is simply flawless. Roberts attention to details and his follow up was fantastic. Cannot recommend Robert and his team more highly enough!!! My results have been amazing and I could not have achieved these without Robert working tirelessly in the background.!! Thank you.

We engaged Robert Dolan to sell our house as we had been impressed with his follow up when we bought the house. He had known what we were looking for and was able to lead us to a house in the area which met our requirements. Hence on needing to sell the house quickly we engaged Robert again and again he was professional and knowledgeable. He listen to our needs and when we differed in opinion to him, again complied. While the market had fallen we felt we had received a fair price for the house. Robert's professional attitude and follow up were excellent.

Robert quickly organised a time to go through the property, he then asked our thoughts, we gave an offer and he spoke with the vendor, came back to us with the vendor's thoughts and he helped us come to a mutual agreement. Robert was fair in his dealings with the vendor and also with us. We bought the property and he also suggested a realistic settlement date which we all agreed too. Very helpful in his dealings and we are very happy with the property. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Robert as a terrific Real Estate agent to deal with. Very happy to deal with him.

In my experience dealing with Robert Dolan, I have found him to be honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with while purchasing our new property.

We are really impressed with Rob's service, he is very caring and awesome communication skill. He is very efficient too, strongly recommend Rob as a champion agent. Abdul & Mash

Robert has done a great job in selling my unit

Robert sold the property in the the first couple of weeks on the market for the value he stated in would sell for, excellent result

I have found Rob to be very generous with his time and very prompt with returning calls and answering questions regarding our sale.

Was always quick and helpful with any queries or issues.

Rob knew the market and where the property would fit he also gave excellent advice on how to present the property to realise the best possible he was always easy to reach and dealt with everything in a timely manner I would not hesitate to use Rob in the future thanks for a great result Rob

Robert offered me sound advice prior to the listing of my house in regard to pricing and presentation. He was very professional in the way he kept me informed about pending inspections and then provided me with feedback following each inspection. My house was under offer in less than a week, so I was very pleased with the result he was able to achieve.
