We found Rob to be a courteous and considerate agent to work with.He took a genuine interest in our situation and made the decision to move from our family home as easy as possible. He is hard working and enthusiastic and negotiated a good result for us. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a good agent.
I was very impressed with the honesty and friendly saleman Robert Dolan. He showed outstanding knowledge of the market, even other agents properties. A pleasure doing business with him and would highly recommend his to others, as I have.
Rob ensured a quick a stress free transaction, highly recommended
Rob sold us our house so when the time come to sell, we knew Rob would see the improvements we have made to the home. The initial discussions we had with Rob were realistic with the pricing of the house. He asked if he could show people through prior to our putting the home on the market and was realistic with time frames for the inspections. We appreciated all the support Rob provided.
Rob has outstanding market knowledge, is an honest and reputable agent that I highly recommend. He will continue to receive my repeat business
Rob is full of information about realestate and helps with property portfolio.
Rob has a long history of working with Rob and always appreciate his knowledge.
Rob was more than happy to show us through houses and to update us on the market in Horsham. He made sure we were able to see through houses we wanted to look at in a timely fashion and gave us time and space to think about things. He has also been very accommodating in helping us gain access to the house before settlement in order to check/measure things and to get tradesmen through to quote on jobs that we would like to do before we move in.
His sales speak for themselves. Dols is a very confident, very approachable person and gets the job done every time! I cannot speak highly enoung of him as an agent and person, what you see is what you get. 10/10 👍🏻
We thoroughly recommend Robert Dolan as your Real Estate Agent. He kept us informed of everything, when he had people going through the house, even though it was empty, open home times, all offers and made sure we were always happy with everything he did and of course he sold our home. So glad we chose Robert to sell our home. Heather & Lester
