Rob is the best agent that we have known over the many years of our many property dealings. Rob took over from another agent and company after 5 months of no interest, communication or offers. Within 2 weeks his communication was excellent, ideas of improving property for viewings excellent, that we had a sale for the recommended sale price after only 2 open days and there were several viewings in between. We would recommend Rob to all for his professionalism, integrity, honesty and very hard working ability to get a sale quickly and with style. Well done Rob and we shall and have recommended you to all within hearing distance. Rob also sold our farm for us and our current abode to us which is fantastic. Regards Robyn and Michael Abbey 6 Curlew Drive Horsham 3400 Vic

Robert is very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Would highly recommend him to others looking to either purchase or list their home for sale.

This is the 3rd time that Rob Dolan has sold realestate for us. On each occasion Rob has been a pleasurre to deal with. He has been totally professional and respectful. He has the ability to make a stressful situation seem easy. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for Rob. We would recommend his service to anyone. The last home was a difficult sale because of its age and condition, but Rob handled that side of things for us with no stress.

I FOUND ROB DOLAN VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH WHILE PURCHASING OUR PROPERTY. ROBS COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT AND HE WAS ALSO HELPFUL WITH SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE PROPERTY TO BETTER SUIT OUR NEEDS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROB WEATHER BUYING OR SELLING A PROPERTY.

After deciding to sell, Rob made the process so easy for us. He had clients ready to look through our home and within three days of it being on the market, it was sold. We can't thank Rob enough and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell. Thanks again Rob.

I have had dealings with Rob with the sale of two properties and the purchase on one in the past five years. All have been great experiences. Rob is professional and helpful at all times and has a fantastic knowledge of the industry. Rob has always kept me informed throughout each phase and takes the stress away as a client, knowing that he is committed to the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend him for anyone, whether they are a buying or selling their family home or an investor. Thank you to Rob and the team at Wes Davidson for helping me achieve yet another fantastic result.

Rob is very approachable and friendly agent that has a great knowledge of real estate in Horsham area. Rob acted in a professional and ethical manner in all aspects of the sale and he kept us well informed on progress with advertising and negotiations through out the process. He handled all aspects of the sale with enthusiasm and interest which culminated in the sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Rob to prospective sellers or buyers.

New to Horsham, Rob has been fantastic supporting my husband and I to purchase a property. Nothing was too much trouble, he definitely provided great advice and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If we ever leave, he will definitely get the job to sell our property too! Thanks Rob

Rob was great all the way, looked at multiple houses then once we found the right one he really supported me and got the deal done stress free, great job all round on robs behalf!

The sale of our home went through a lot quicker than we could have ever hoped and Rob was always on hand if we had any questions or concerns. Thanks again Rob and we can't wait to shift into our new dream home (thanks to you also!)

Great agent, very helpful.

I found Robert Dolan to be prompt, courteous and professional in dealing with our recent purchase of a home in Horsham. Robert assisted both myself and my husband to view the property at times convenient to our work commitments and was a genuine pleasure to deal with, as were all the staff at Wes Davidson Real Estate.
