Our experience with Brad Boyde was great and Marketing was wonderful., Our open house inspections we felt it was a bit strange at first as we have never sold a house like this before with only open houses. With the hard market at the moment and our house not being in the first home buyers market Brad did an excellent job to sell the house after 5 months.
