We decided on using Brad to sell our property as he was involved in the original purchase. The property was on the market for approx 10 months. We did have an early offer but that was a lot lower than the market at that time. The market did fall away after the new year. Brad did organise constant opens, with limited success. We did drop the price after consultation with Brad. Again, not much interest due to the tough market. Brad got Jordan involved. Jordan was very persistent in arranging multiple opens. This created a few more enquiries and renewed hope. It was tempting to drop the price but Brad and Jordan recommended to give it a bit more time. Finally the persistence paid off!
Jordan was very easy to deal with. Knew what she was talking about and helped us with our enquire on the property.
Having known Brad over many years from buying my house in 2017 to leasing it out in 2018.
