Brad followed up with an estimation on the sale value of our home and put it in to a quote to us that we were happy to receive. Brad organized some viewings and an Open House viewing. Brad organized a viewing while we were away in Geelong and came back too us with an offer on our home that we negotiated and excepted. The customer required it to be done a special way with the payment, that Brad should have said no, it cannot be done that way. Our solicitor was not happy if the contract was done that way, and she was going to pull out of the contract and tell us to get another Solicitor, she didn't want any part of it. We told her the Contract will be done the right way it should be done. We found when phoning the Cardamone Office inquiring about further details that was happening with our home sale, each person we talked to had a completely different story on what was happening, plus the settlement dates that where set were not checked with us moving into Armstrong Green at Armstrong Creek, and getting this move approved. I feel the main office at Cardamone should have been on the same wave link as the salesmen and know exactly what has been said to the Vendor. We had to follow up a few times to find out what was happening with our home sale, I feel Brad should have contacted with us and kept us up to date a lot more on what was happening with our sale.

We absolutely enjoyed working with Brad, he was very easy to deal with professional in every aspect and a calm voice in what can be a stressful time, helpful feedback on the property prior to going to sale and good marketing resulted a fast sale. Much more impressed with this sales experience compared to previous agencies we have used. Highly recommend
