I met brad at the house on first open house. Then the house was sold to someone else. I made an offer but it was too late. Then the sale fell through. I thought as i had made an offer i might be contacted but never was. I found out from the owner it was back up for sale. I saw brad once, then never saw him again. Someone else sorted all inspections and visits. I really had nothing to do with him unless he needed a deposit or something and called. Wasn't around when i picked up keys or anything either so i really cant comment on his service.
