Brad has sold two houses for us now. Easy to work with, no fuss and feel like we got good value each time.
Brad is friendly enough but I got the feeling he’s got too much on his plate so isn’t able to be attentive to all his clients. I had to send multiple enquires on updates at times, even having to CC other people to ensure I got a response, and toward the end gave up communicating with him and would just direct questions to my conveyancer instead. I have to say I was selling my house from interstate, and I had tenants in the house so it was more stressful than usually expected but also required more communication, which I had to remind Brad of at least twice but nothing changed- I believe he isn’t able to tailor his service to individual needs to the client. I ended up having to accept an offer under asking, despite Brad assuring me the asking price was reasonable and he told me I had to include my furnishings to secure the contact for no extra cost despite him knowing that I didn’t want that. By the time I realised how disappointing his service was it was too late and I just had to ride it out. I wouldn’t recommend Brad or Cardamone.
