Brad was highly professional, very knowledgeable, and didn't do the 'hard sell'. He took the time to genuinely listen to our needs and then suggest a range of prospective homes. He was also very flexible in accommodating inspection time options given our current home is a considerable distance from Shepparton. We got the sense that, if you were introduced to Brad in a social setting, he's the sort of person you'd want to become friends with.
