I found Brad to be personable in his approach. The property sold itself as exactly what I needed and presentation of property by the owner was exceptional. Therefore there was no need for a hard sell. I was disappointed when I asked Brad what the buildings were up the road and he said he didn't know which was not true as he would have known these were government drug rehab buildings. Also when asked about the easement on the property he was a little vague. Overall my experience was OK.
