After having chosen Brad from Harcourts Property Centre , one local agent called me and was quite irritable and aggressive towards me because he wasn`t given the opportunity to conduct a full appraisal and in his words " there is no way we will sell for our asking price and we will need to drastically reduce our asking price if we expect to sell" . I am so grateful now he didn`t make me feel guilty enough to have chosen him as our agent instead of Team Johnston. Renee also kept us fully informed during the whole process of selling our property which helped us be a lot less stressed.
