Our experience with Brad exceeded our expectations. On our initial contact his knowledge of the current market helped us to agree on a reasonable price for our Unit. From there he was always in contact updating on home opens, prospective buyers and reasonable adjustments to our initial asking price. He had the ability to strike a balance between seller and buyer so we never felt we were out of the loop. I told my wife on meeting Brad that he would sell our Unit and I was right!! Thanks!!
