Have been dealing with Brad on numerous occasions now and having dealt with many agents in the past i know that he is going the extra mile, trying to make every deal work in fair negotiations between buyer and vendor. Brad has outstanding market knowledge and his communication is excellent (which you can't say about many agents). He gets things done and you can tell he is certainly very driven in his job.
