Had contacted Brad in early Oct as i was planning to visit Dimboola and there was several properties in the area i was interested in. Due to a delay in the sale of my current property I had to reschedule , Brad totally understood my position and agreed best to delay utill i was ready to “talk turkey” so four weeks latter and only 2 hours notice i advised him i would be there 415pm Friday afternoon and if i like the property i would submit my offer that would be valid till 9 pm that eveing Brads decication and intermate knowledge allowed all questions that needed to be answered at once . The offer recieved by 730 pm and both parties accepted by 9 pm . Brad juggling family commitments to get the deal done . Since then all follow ups and paperwork has been completed in line with schedule . Finally the overall experience was first class and feel very lucky to have worked with a true pro on this purchase , i definitely would recommend Brad to handle any future property transactions to my friends , business network colleagues and personally anything i do myself in the area
