We bought a property from Brad in Beenleigh which all went pretty smoothly. He stayed in contact, took my property manager through and all was good. I had a building inspection done on the place before I bought of which the upstairs leaking bathroom shower wasn't picked up, tough luck and $2500 down the drain. What disappointed me is later I learned from the tennant that stayed on that he had reported the maintenance issue and had a bucket to catch the water in garage. Of which Brad would come early before the inspections and move the bucket to the side so no one would notice. Dishonest and disappointed.
My wife and i have recently had the great pleasure of selling our family home of 10 years during one of the hardest times in my life to date! We had to put our family home on the market after one of us stopped having an income witch made keeping up with the repayments impossible and then we found BRAD well our prayers were answered! He treated my self and my wife and children with the utmost respect, compassion and even brutal honesty when we needed it! About Brad We felt very comfortable at all times Brad did not try to baffle us with a whole lot of stats. After all all we wanted was to sell our house ,not know what was going on every else . I would say Brad went the extra mile for us . I felt like we gained a friend ,well almost . I had left some things behind ,I knew that Brad would help us out by checking the house before new owners arrived .
