Brad is an honest, capable and hardworking agent. He sold a one bedroom unit for us where there were quite a few similar properties on the market. I was interstate and did not meet Brad in person, but that was not a problem at all. From the initial appraisal, Bard took the initiative to contact the leasing agent and arranged a time to view the property (without me requesting it) instead of simply giving me an estimate market value of the property based on internet data. Brad recommended marketing strategy that works well with our situation and budget, and adjusted our sale strategy based on buyers feedback in the middle of the campaign to meet the market. Brad managed to sell the property for a good price within the timeframe I expected (noting the property was listed before and eventually withdrawn from the market). Communication with Brad is always easy and pleasant, and his supporting team is very switched on as well. Overall, a great experience and I recommend Brad if you are looking for a selling agent!

Brad provided any information I required and did so within a short period of time.
