In the highly competitive real estate industry, crowded with too-pushy salesmen (yes, it's usually the fellars) it's refreshing to do business with a guy like Brad. He not only helped sell our apartment, achieving our asking price, he facilitated the purchase of our new apartment too. We checked out the competition before talking to Brad.
