I met with Brad on quite a few occasions while looking for an apartment to buy in the area. I felt comfortable and relaxed during inspections, he was efficient and diligent in answering the queries i had about the properties I was interested in. This made the process for me easier and less stressful.
Inspected once and contract were signed and unconditional in a short period of time. Nothing more needs to be said!
Brad and his team were exceptionally professional and achieved the sale within 6 weeks in this tough unit/apartment market. Brad was knowledgeable, approachable and dedicated. I would highly recommend Brad to any home owner who are looking to sell their properties.
There were a few hick-ups but we eventually got the property sold. The buyer was able to renegotiate after a price was agreed to after a technicality. This was disappointing and cost us $5K.
One of my greatest fears was having to sell my home of 30 years where I watched my grand-children grow up from new borns to adults, and who still enjoyed coming over often to visit and share a meal. Then I met Brad Munro and my concerns were immediately put to rest with his compassionate understanding and professionalism. He is a true gentleman and he guided through every stage of the sales procedure and the housing market performing in my area. His expertise was accurate and up-to-dare, so much so that our house received 6 firm offers on the first Open House, only 3 days after the house was advertised!! What's more, the offers were above asking price. With expert negotiation between the interested parties, Brad secured the best price. All I had to do was stand back and leave him to it....in fact, I went away while the sale was progressing and Brad was in touch every day to update me and to make certain that I understood completely what he was doing at each stage. Brad continues to be of assistance whilst I await settlement. Such wonderful service and such a knowledgeable and sincere man. I would highly recommend Brad to anyone wishing to sell their property. You'd be hard pressed to find better. Thank you, Brad. Alessandra.
Brad went out of his way to give me advice and assistance on the sale of this property and has kept me well informed every step of the way. His professionalism and courtesy are of the highest order and I would certainly recommend him to anybody wishing to use his services.
Brad was always available to talk through any questions or issues I had. No question was to trivial or hard.
Our experience in working with Brad Munro and the Position Property team has been fantastic. Brad is professional, efficient, and driven to get results. We were thrilled at selling our property during the first open home. Would highly recommend Brad and the team for anyone considering an agent for the sale of their property in Brisbane.
Bad was easy to work with; listening to my views and also making suggestions. He had a good grip on the situation and communicated what I needed to know in a timely manner. He didn't let any of the frustration of the sales process unsettle him and was calm and measured in his communications.
I consider Brad a rarity when it comes to agents. He listened to everything I asked and delivered the property I had been looking for at my budgeted amount with no added pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate giving him a call if the need arose.
We bought with Brad 6 years ago and when it was time to move on to our next chapter, it was a no brainer to ask Brad to sell our property for us. Two days on the market and the contract was signed for the asking price. It was all smooth sailing from then. We would absolutely recommend Brad and his team to anyone thinking of selling their home.
Brad leads a great team within position property who stepped up when Brad took ill and made sure we received a highly professional experience. Brad set us on the right path, Lilly kept us up to date and Lee is a superb young salesman and negotiator with a big future ahead. We are very happy with the final result.
