How should an agent address a client whose expectations are based upon historical sale values, rather than the contemporary market? This is where agents like Brad are invaluable. Our expectations from a distance were far too high, influenced by sale values we saw online - which did not reflect actual market conditions resulting from oversupply and few buyers. Brad told it as it was, gently helping us to face reality. Was he committed to getting a sale and the best deal possible in the market? Yes. Was his advice honest and good? Yes it was. Would I use Brad again - indeed!
