Brad Munro did an excellent job selling my apartment. From start to finish, he was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with. His knowledge of the local market and his experience with similar properties gave me a lot of confidence. Brad kept me well-informed at every stage, and I appreciated his straightforward approach. I would happily recommend him to others looking to sell in the area.
Brad is a professional and down-to-earth real estate agent. I’m truly happy with the excellent service he provided.
We had a bad experience with our last real estate sale a few years ago so selling again was a bit nervy at the start. Brad put our mind at ease and made the whole journey super easy. Brad was a wealth of knowledge and kept the process stress free. Even when the market looked to have cooled Brad remained positive and in the end we got a price well above our expectations. Would definately recommend Brad and his team at Position Property.
We have dealt with Brad a number of times now, and wouldn’t use anyone else, he is honest, knowledgeable and works hard to achieve the best results. He is a standout in his field, you won’t regret putting your property in his hands.

Highly professional, you can tell Brad has been in this business for a considerable time, confident about his message, which turned out to be accurate and sold my place for a building record price without any advertising. It was super easy.

Brad helped me buy my apartment 10 years ago, and that positive experience made him my first choice when it was time to sell. Brad & his team sold my apartment in record time and made the entire process effortless and stress-free. Their professionalism was outstanding, and their communication was consistently clear and timely. I highly recommend Brad and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Brad and his team are experienced operators with an excellent understanding of how to market a property and negotiate with purchasers. Brad has an approachable personality that enables him to communicate openly with both vendor and purchasers. As a vendor, this made the sales process clear, and in our case, timely and financially rewarding.
