Brad Munro and the team at Position Property are by far the leading experts in real estate for Brisbane. Brads fast sales at record breaking prices and level of knowledge of the industry is astounding. This is my second time using Brad as our trusted agent and I won’t hesitate to use him for a third time, as he makes the sales process so easy. Thanks again Brad and PP team.
Very happy with Brad and his team, they did a wonderful job! Very friendly and professional service, achieved our goals in a short time :)
Brad and his team are so experienced, they made the journey of selling my apartment from overseas easy. Communication was always prompt and honest. The result they delivered was exactly what I was hoping for.
We decided to engage Brad because he made a great impression at a number of open homes we attended - and because we saw he achieved a high number of sales in West End. We have been pleased with our decision. Buying and selling a home is stressful. But Brad and his team alleviated much of our worry by being sensitive, reliable and responsive. There is integrity in the way he does business. And that extends to his team - Mitch, Isabel and Lee were fabulous to deal with. Thank you!
Brad, Mitch, Mel and the team were excellent. They clearly explained the marketing campaign, the sales strategy and got me close to the price I wanted. The administration and finances were handled well with minimum fuss. Many thanks, Deva
I selected the busiest places from the real estate site and made some calls. I can see why they are so busy. The team here is exceptional and fantastic. I was impressed by their kindness, attention to detail, and perfect execution of tasks. I would recommend this place 100%.
Brad was a great choice of agent to sell my West End unit achieving a sale price I was more than happy with. Brad's advice was spot on and his support took away so much of the stress of the process. He was upfront about everything and his integrity and professionalism was obvious from the start. Everything went smoothly and the whole team were a great support during the preparation for sale. Nothing was too much trouble for Izzy ... and Mitch stepped in during unforeseen circumstances. They kept me fully updated while the property was on the market then handled the negotiation seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad and his team if you're looking to sell a unit in West End.
Have no hesitation in recommending Brad. Knowledge expertise and communication all great .No wonder he is the top Agent In West End.
Position Partners led by Brad and Mitch provided a professional and friendly service. They provided great advice on negotiating and realistic pricing in our market. Would recommend them.
When I bought my Apartment through Brad 4 years ago I knew I would sell it through him when the time came. Totally at ease to deal with and a true professional. I adopted his plan and WOW 5 offers within the first 3 days and a sale on the 4th at a price in excess of my most optimistic expectation.
Brad has excellent market knowledge and is friendly and approachable. He is a totally professional, responsive and gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process as well as achieving the best possible sale price. Customer service is a priority for the whole team at Position Property. They were happy to accommodate our schedule, from timing of our marketing campaign to assisting with entry for home staging. Would not go anywhere else. They are the best.
Brad, was through, covered all details of the process with obvious experience and depth of knowledge. He made himself available 24/7 for anything and everything.
