The merry-go-round of looking for properties that would meet our needs was exhausting. We were at the point of looking at ANYTHING to try and find SOMETHING. A week before we had to move out of our sold home, we found this slice of heaven in Conder. 5 Purves Place had views to die for, the quality that we demanded, the floor-plan we wanted, the commute to work would not be too bad and we could probably afford it! We engaged Brad O'Mara to sell our property via an online auction. Brad had never used this facility before but did all of the necessary research with HO and developed a sales plan accordingly. Albeit we sold before auction Jo and I could not have been happier with the outcome of our sale. It is purely conjecture as to wether we would have realised more at auction - once Jo and I had reached our target price we were more than happy to complete the sale. When I discussed the sale of the property with Brad I was guided by him for the Sale price he put a value of $610000-$630000 I thought this was reasonable having been offered $610000 by Brad in April by a buyer he had Also stated that in his opinion I would definitely get $600000+ from the first open house it was clear this wouldn't be achieved I was slightly disappointed in the fact he said he had buyers at that price I felt I was just told an inflated price to secure the property to sell I didn't have the opportunity to meet Brad he seems to be a lovely person and very helpful I would recommend him however I was disappointed with the final price but hey I didn't have to accept it
