We had been looking for a house for a long time but hadn’t found the exact property yet. When we found this one and went for inspection meeting Brad was a pleasant surprise, we got along well plus straight away there were good vibes. Through out the purchase procedure he was extremely professional and supportive. The service was exceptional as we never felt like he had only vendor’s interest at heart. All our requests were dealt with professional yet with personal care. Thus it made the whole process extremely easy and stress free.
