Brad was an absolute legend to deal with!!! Never was there a time I doubted signing up Brad as my sales agent after a very bad experience with a Meriton sales agent. Always going the extra mile to help me achieve a fair and reasonable price as the current market conditions were declining and there was not a lot of buyers on the market. Brad would always work after hours doing open homes, always turned up on time and gave us immediate feedback with a phone call after every showing. Now how many agents will go into a negation with your best interest in mind and ensure you sell at a good price and skilfully get both sides to a fair agreement, there were lots of offers and legally Brad has to give me these in writing he never once tried to get me to "give away" my property by telling buyers their offers were not reasonable for the current market!!!. As I live in QLD Brad also went the extra mile and removed items from my rental home and made my life easier by not having to go back to Sydney which he did not have to do but was more than happy to help me out. Brad also sold my parents home at an excellent price after being on the market for 2 weeks and my mum and dad are still raving about how good it was to deal with Brad also. I would highly recommend any body selling a home to give Brad Panayiotou a call you will not be disappointed with your decision. Yeah you can get agents who sell for 1% but you also get 1% commitment from them!
