Brad helped the reviewer buy this property

All smiles from this first home owner

Brad is wonderfully professional yet personable. A great combination when purchasing, especially for the first time. He works efficiently and communicates well to ensure both purchaser and vendor are on the same page. Brad made me feel at ease and was happy to answer my many "rookie" questions. Top agent and a top guy.
