We have bought and sold through Brad. When buying he was easy to communicate with. Any time we needed to ask a question, he would respond promptly and honestly. A disappointing experience for us and we never seemed to be on the same page as Brad. At times Brad lacked communication and responsibility and appeared to worked for the buyers more than us, the sellers. Commission was higher than other agents and a text message of congratulations is all you get at the end of the sale. Wouldn’t recommend as he wasn’t always pleasant to deal with.
