He kept us informed all the way through the sales campaign, was very honest and upfront, which is a rare quality in some Real Estate agents. Brad gave us advise from the very beginning on how to get top dollar and a quick sale, he informed us that we would get a quick sale and top dollar if there were no tenants in place. Unfortunately I was reluctant to take his advice, and did not want to have the house empty. We had some viewers through the house during the next several months, but the issue was that the house was not being presented in the best possible way to maximise sales potential. Our hand was forced when the current tenants decided to vacate some 7 months later from when we went to market. With the tenants now gone we undertook some tiding of the house e.g. painting walls, new carpets, curtains and within 3 weeks of the tenants vacating, we had an offer on the table, which we accepted. If I had taken the advice earlier and removed the tenants I believe I would have had a quicker sale as advised by Brad. thanks Brad for your commitment in getting the sale and delivering on your promise.

Had a slightly rude phone call before settlement as we had to ask for an extension due to the bank. After that phone call and settlement never heard from the real estate again. Not even a congratulations/thank you email.
